Fair-use calling allowance

• 2 hours (120 minutes) of connected calling per India calendar day.
• Audio and video minutes are combined; changing call type does not create another allowance.
• Minutes count against the member who initiated the invitation, not the receiver.
• The allowance resets at midnight India time. Unused minutes do not roll over.
• Invitation limits and anti-spam controls still apply even when minutes remain.

What happens next

• All prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR).
• The verification UPI QR contains the exact current fee and a unique Sarkari Matrimony reference; confirm the receiver name and amount inside the UPI app.
• The member submits only the transaction ID/UTR and payment time. Sarkari Matrimony never asks for a UPI PIN, OTP or bank-login credential.
• Manual payment confirmation can take up to 3 days. The result appears in the signed-in profile.
• Human evidence review remains required at every verification price, including ₹0.
• Razorpay remains the provider for optional calling-plan checkout where offered; those plans are separately priced and do not renew automatically.
