Sarkari Matrimony is an independent government employee matrimony platform—not a government website. It supports profiles across Central Government, every State and Union Territory, railways, defence and CAPFs, judiciary, local bodies, PSUs, public-sector banks and insurance, government schools and colleges, hospitals, universities, research councils and other public institutions.
Department-wide or exact-post matching
A member can choose a broad field such as defence, banking or education; a particular employer or department; or one exact post. Leaving the post open can include every suitable post inside the chosen department. A role that is not listed can be entered manually and mapped to the government-job graph without forcing it into the wrong category.
Context, not only filters
Recommendations can consider location, distance, posting and transfer patterns, career plans, family expectations and preferences shared by the member. Required preferences stay strict. If an exact match is not currently available, clearly labelled closest-compatible profiles may be shown without pretending they meet every requirement.
Private identity and human verification
A display name and protected photo view come first. Real names and camera photos use match-specific sharing controls. A profile can be created without documents. If the member later chooses verification, private evidence is completed first. The current ₹499 verification step then opens. A human still checks every required item before awarding a badge. A badge records what was reviewed; it is never a guarantee of character or relationship outcome.
For government employees and families
Government-employed men and women can create profiles. Women outside government service and families searching for a government-employed match can also join. Every profile is adult-only and a family-managed profile requires the subject's knowledge and permission.
